Ammatilliset koulutukset

Kun ilmoittautumisesi on käsitelty, saat sähköpostiisi ilmoittatutumisvahvistuksen. Huomioithan, että ilmoittautuminen on sitova, peruutukset ainoastaan kirjallisesti lääkärintodistuksella.

Vahvistukset koulutuksen toteutumisesta lähetämme kaksi viikkoa ennakkoon ilmoittautumisten mukaan.

Pilates- ja Laitestartit

Kun ilmoittautumisesi on käsitelty, saat sähköpostiisi ilmoittatutumisvahvistuksen. Huomioithan, että ilmoittautuminen on sitova. Esteen sattuessa peruutukset ainoastaan sähköpostitse osoitteeseen asiakas(at)somaticstudio.com.

Ilmoittautuminen  kurssille/workshopiin voidaan peruuttaa veloituksetta viimeistään 7 päivää ennen tilaisuuden alkua.  Mikäli ilmoittautunut on estynyt osallistumaan tilaisuuteen sairauden takia, palautetaan maksu asiakkaalle ainoastaan lääkärintodistusta vastaan. Mikäli tilaisuus peruutetaan järjestäjästä johtuvasta syystä, maksu palautetaan ilmoittautuneelle kokonaan. Huomioithan että peruutus on aina tultava kirjallisesti sähköpostiosoitteeseen asiakas(at)somaticstudio.com.

Somatic Studio varaa oikeuden sisällön, aikataulun ja hintojen muuttamiseen. Mikäli ohjelmaan tulee tilaisuuden järjestäjästä johtuvia aikataulumuutoksia, jotka estävät ilmoittautunutta osallistumasta tilaisuuteen, kurssimaksu palautetaan ilmoittautuneelle kokonaan Maksun maksaminen on ehdoton edellytys osallistua tilaisuuteen. Pidätämme oikeuden muutoksiin.

Pilates start and Reformer Start

After processing your registration, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of registration. Please note that registration is mandatory. If you are unable to attend the course, you must notify us by email at [email protected].
Registration for the course / workshop can be canceled free of charge no later than 7 days before the start of the event. For cancellations made later than 14 days before the start of the event, we will charge 50% of the exchange rate. For those who leave without prior notice, we will charge the full amount. Please note that cancellations must always be made in writing to the email address of the [email protected].

If the registrant is prevented from attending the event due to illness, the fee will be refunded to the customer only against a medical certificate. If the event is canceled due to the organizer’s reason, the fee will be refunded in full to the registrant.

Somatic Studio reserves the right to change the content, schedule and prices. If there are schedule changes due to the event organizer that prevent the registrant from participating in the event, the course fee will be refunded to the registrant in full. Payment of the fee is an absolute condition for participating in the event. We reserve the right to make changes.

Viikkotunnit

MATTOTUNNIT

• Esteen sattuessa peru varauksesi viimeistään 2 tuntia ennen harjoitustunnin alkua joko varausjärjestelmässämme tai puhelimitse asiakaspalveluun (09) 565 8820 sen aukioloaikoina.
• Aamutunnit tulee peruuttaa viimeistään edellisenä iltana klo 18.00 mennessä. Aamutunteja ovat kaikki 7.00–10.00 alkavat tunnit.

LAITEPILATESTUNNIT

• Laitepilatestunnit on peruttava edellisenä päivänä klo 18.00 mennessä

YKSITYISTUNNIT

•  yksityistunnit on peruttava 24 tuntia ennen tunnin alkua

CIRCUIT

• Circuit-tunnit on peruttava 24 tuntia ennen tunnin alkua

Week classes

MAT PILATES CLASSES

• The Pilates class must be canceled no later than 2 hours before the start of the class
  Morning hours must be canceled by 18:00 the day before. The morning hours are all hours starting from 07:00 to 10:00.

REFORMER CLASSES

• Reformer classes must be canceled by 18:00 the previous day.

PRIVATE LESSONS

• Private lessons must be canceled 24 hours before the start of the lesson

CIRCUIT

• Circuit classes must be canceled 24 hours before the start of the class.
